Obituary of Ishmael Frazier
Ishmael Frazier was a caring father, son, brother, and friend. Born July 6, 1963 in Chicago, IL. Ishmael was the second oldest of nine children born to Lester and Rebecca Frazier. He attended Calumet High School then moved to Yellowstone, Wyoming where he went to culinary school.
Ishmael loved to old-school Step and loved to cook. He was very outgoing and a notorious
“smack” talker. He loved his family and friends and was blessed to develop strong friendships
in the many places that he lived.
On September 28, 2021, Ishmael left us all too soon. He leaves behind a loving daughter, Ieshia Frazier; 4 brothers, Lester Frazier (Zenith), Tyrone Frazier, Demond Frazier (Cassandra), Jarvis Frazier; 3 sisters, Yolanda Frazier (Jacqueline), Debray Frazier, and Ayesha Frazier-McConico (Dante), a true friend, Sheila Johnson; as well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews, and great friends.
