Elveria will always hold a special place in my heart, she was able to watch over my brother and I while we settled in after moving from Montana to Washington. I have many fond memories of wandering the shoreline and finding small seashells and odd colored rocks. She was always a giver and never asked for anything in return, every year I knew there would be a pair of roam around the house slippers that she had knitted. Altho my heart is heavy that she has passed on, I'm confident she is at peace. I love you Elveria, rest well.

My Aunt Elveria blessed so many foster kids through the Wenatchee Royal Family Kids Camp program by knitting slippers for each of the kids that came to camp for over 11 years. Her cat Ripley has been glued to my side ever since I got home. It's like the cat knows Aunt Elveria is gone, but not forgotten. She is probably in heaven asking Jesus what color slippers he would like her to make for him. Enjoy your reward Aunt Elveria! You deserve it.

Auntie Vera, you are with God now and at peace. Although you have left a huge hole in my heart after your passing, you have left me with so many happy memories. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend these last years with you and hear all the wonderful stories you had to tell and enjoy your wicked sense of humor. You are an amazing woman.
