Obituary of Donald Lee Heinrichs

Donald Lee Heinrichs passed away unexpectedly on January 12, 2019 due to complications related to seizures he had been experiencing over the last couple of years. Don was 46 years old.

Don was the beloved son of Linda Harris and Lee Heinrichs, a great brother to David Harris, JoDee Morales, Jaime Todd and Shawn Harris. Loving husband to Mia Luong, devoted father to Lissa, Richard, Tony and Randy.

Don was born March 30, 1972 in Sand Point, Idaho spending his early years in Spokane, eventually moving to the Northwest with his family. As a child Don did a lot of traveling throughout the Northern and Southern Western States ultimately landing in Concrete Washington his freshman year of high school. After graduating from Concrete High school in 1991, Don immediately moved to Bellingham, Washington where he settled and raised a family.

As a profession, Don worked most of his life in Whatcom county working for a large manufacturing company early on before spending a few years in Vancouver Washington. While there he achieved his proudest moment of his work career by attaining his CDL and working for a major distributor in the Northwest.

Don was a lover of his wife's cooking, driving, country music and never passed on a chance to listen to AC/DC. Family genealogy was a hobby and passion, he loved the sport of basketball and was a true blue San Francisco 49's fan his whole life and always had faith they will make a comeback. Most importantly, Don was a kind and generous person, always believing in the good of others, he loved his family beyond measure and was always thankful to God for everything - good or bad. Don will be greatly missed and those who know and love him are looking forward to seeing him again, in the meantime we will hold onto our cherished memories and hugs.
