Rose Carrazco (age 59) entered into rest on June 11, 2020 in Ferndale, WA surrounded by her family. She was born on May 24, 1961 in Red Lake, Minnesota to Alvin Eugene and Bernadette (Hayden) Percy. Rose attended grade school and Red Lake High School and graduated in 1979. She loved to work, spending time with her family and having her smoke sessions. Rose was a loving and caring person with a huge heart for everyone she knew. She was strong willed, loved laughing and having a good time. She will be most remembered for her generous Love and Happiness. She is survived by her son, Joseph Eugene Wilson, Moyses Percy Carrazco; daughters, Rebecca Lee Percy, Siara Carrazco, Michelle Carrazco; brothers, Simon (Michele) Percy, Elmer Percy; sister, Margaret Percy; grandmother, Bernadette Hayden Percy and nine grandchildren.
